5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically fulfilled same day. CURRNT ships via FedEx 2-Day with temperature-controlled cold-pack packaging at no additional charge on temperature-sensitive compounds. Shipping times are estimates only. CURRNT is not liable for carrier delays. International shipping is not offered at this time.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@currntpeptides.com with your order number and photographic documentation. CURRNT will, at its discretion, replace the affected item or issue a credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

7. Quality Guarantee

Every batch is independently tested by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited third-party US laboratories. Full certificates of analysis (COA) are included with every order. If any compound fails to meet the stated purity specification confirmed by third-party COA, CURRNT will replace the product at no charge. Purity claims are based on batch-specific third-party HPLC analysis.
